Personal Information
Likes: Tishna loves lavender, the color, the smell, the many purposes it serves in various magics and of course the calming effect it has when studying. She likes to fly around on her broom, especially during a full moon, when magical power reaches its highest point. One of her favourite things is to wear as many different dresses as she possibly can. She loves the color red, and more than she loves that, she loves butterflies. All her dresses have something butterfly-ish in them.
Her mother has given her a butterfly charm to ward of hexes, but only weak ones. It is always tied around her left wrist.
What she loves more than anthing in the world is her family, threaten them or talk bad about them and you are sure to make an enemy out of her.
She likes to cause mischief and is somewhat of a bully.
Her favourite food is cream-filled donuts.
Dislikes: Tishna hates it when you talk badly about her family. She can’t stand people who are overly shy and is often mean to them. She hates potions and the making of them, for some reason most of them explode. Being a Witch she also doesn’t like rosemary or horseshoes. Pretty much anything that attracts too much good luck and good spirits. She feels like they repel her witchy powers.
She doesn’t like dust or chaos, but also puts off cleaning for a good while because she's somewhat lazy, so her room is always decently dirty.
He least favourite food is spinach and sprouts. She dislikes most things bitter and has a sensitive tongue. She doesn’t dislike spicy food, she just can’t handle it very well.
Fears: Tishna isn’t quite afraid of many things. Most things she is deathly afraid of will likely never cross her path. Things like Leviathans, Death, Satan and God, for example.
Some of her little fears are; big spiders, she hates the way their legs look and all the hair on them. Werewolves, they are strong, scary, very hairy and react only on instict. Very dangerous for a beginning Witch like herself.
And strong malicious spirits are never a good thing. So she rather stays away from them as well.
One of her worst plausible fears is that her house might burn down with her parents still inside. Or that her parents may die in any other way.
Strengths: Tishna is an incredibly agile and fast flyer. She is strong on a broom and loves to perform tricks on it when she is bored. She named her broom Miki and he comes to her aid when she whistles. One of her skills she inherited from her mother is to transform into a flock of butterflies as a matter of teleportation. Although that particular skill isn’t very useful since you can still hurt her in that form, it’s only useful for getting into a class unnoticed if she is late.
She is very skilled in lightning magic although she still has a lot to learn. That being said, she can’t use lighting magic that well, she just has a talent to use it. Although she never got tought how properly use that magic since lighting is concidered high-level magic and very dangerous. She barely uses it other than to blow up small stuff like books and sometimes a radiator when she manages to find a weak spot.
Due to her lighting magic she isn't really bothered by cold very much.
She is also very good at learning from experience. If she goes out and gets tought what is what and how to use it, like ingredients for example, she will pick up the information ten times faster than learning from a book.
Weaknesses: Although she is centuries old, only recently her magic circuits opened. Sealed away at a young age like is custom in her clan, she never got to utilize her magical powers and that lack of knowledge sometimes backfires. For example, when she uses lighting magic or tries to change her dresses with magic she sometimes shocks herself or others, or she happens to make the dress transform into an anvil (only happened once). She cannot control all the built up energy inside her and needs to really hold back to make sure nothing bad happens.
She is also horrible at potion making, making her have a disadvantage if she ever gets into a fight and needs to heal herself or needs to get away in a cloud of smoke.
She is also physically very weak and has almost zero chance of winning a fight with her bare hands/fists. Doing cool tricks like a backflip or the like isn't going to happen either. She really does need her magic to survive.
Goals: To one day beat her mother (who is the leader of her clan) in a magic fight and maybe to rule a part of the world and imbue people’s hearts with fear. She also wants to be the first ever Witch to successfully utilize souls in her magic.
Personality: Tishna has a mellow personality. She’s not overly happy or overly gloomy, in fact she is a very average person personality wise. Though she likes to see chaos and doesn’t have very much respect for authorities. However she does respect rules, after all, rules are important so no-one hurts themselves or starts a war or fight for no good reason. Chaos is good, but not when no-one can control it or when she has disadvantages from it.
She doesn’t like people who act submissive and usually bullies them a bit when she feel like it. She does, however, respect people who don’t let other walk over them and likes to keep them on her side, maybe ever befriend them if they don’t come over as hostile. She’s not cold in personality though, just rather picky.
She has a hunger for power and through that tends to make poor life decisions, like joining gangs or selling her soul, though that last part is strictly forbidden by her parents. She loves to learn new things to boost her knowledge about the magical world and everything in it. So her making friends with witches is VERY likely, also her tendancy to hang around people with great magical capabilites as well.
She is currently at the age where she becomes interested in love. You may think that is quite late at the age of 319, but if you live in a house with only your parents for that long, seeing only family and members from other countries, your interest of love isn’t peaked that quickly. She also believes that duty comes before feelings. Although sex for power is also frowned upon by her parents, making her very unlikely to ever do that.
As she is just recently exploring the fields of love, she isn't quite sure what her sexual or romantic preferences are. It's a work in progress.
She put her family before anything if she is pushed. Not only blood related but also very close friends (not that she has any). Much like the mafia. Although, just like the maffia, you do not earn that trust easily. You have to prove yourself for her and show your loyalty as well.
To describe her easily and quickly is to say that she has a great sense of duty and loyalty, doesn’t trust easily but is easy to work with if you act as her equal.
History: Her family is renowed in a big part of the magical world for their skill with various kinds of magic, their strength in numbers and their rather big fortune. They are situated in the edge of a big city, housed in a rather large villa. Her father is a powerful shadowmancer, also known for his talent to make money by being a businessman. Her mother is a powerful Witch and leader of a big family of wizardry and witchcraft.
As a child she grew up just as quick as any Human does, going to preschool until she was five, for the rest being homeschooled by her parents and only going out to do groceries or going on vacation. She got a little magic wand shen she was little, just before her magic circuits got sealed as to not make her energy eat her from the inside. She channeled it very well, making flowers grow in the backyard and making pianos float inside the house. Although it wasn’t what she was supposed to do with her powers, they were just turned into neutral enegry, making her able to be a lot more versatile, but also a lot weaker.
Her parents, being rich and British and all that, made sure that she learned the manners of a lady. Teaching her etiquette, dancing and music. This has left her with the ability to be both a foul mouthed witch, or a posh lady depending on how she feels. She can also waltz, Ballroom dance, play the harp and sing like there's no tomorrow.
Due to the lack of attention she has gotten while being locked up, she looooves to perform and make herself heard. She loves attention.
Tisha had a good life with loving parents and great birthdays despite being locked up in a house most of the time for her own good. After her parents told her that she was actually being locked up, when she had passed the age of 10, she had to think about it for a good few days but eventually came to peace with it and accepted their choice.
By the age of a Humans 19 years old, her parents thought it was about time to go to the best school they could find for her and sent her to Otherworlde. First off they released the seals on her circuits, making Tishna able to access her magical powers and use them accordingly. Being explained the basics by her father and mother as to prevent Tishna from blowing up the entire building she learned how dangerous her powers actually were. Sadly her parents are very busy people and even though they love their daughter to death they couldn’t stay long enough to teach her everything she needed to know. They simply dropped her off at the school completely prepared for the hard life of a highschooler, walked with her to take a look around and left her there with their best regards and a box of chocolate.
Misc. Information: Tishna always sleeps with a little plush toy in her bed and usually uses it as a pillow. She got her broom from her mother, who made it with her on two hands. She loves butterflies because it is believed that after death, a butterfly carries your soul to the afterlife. She has a little butterfly bracelet on her left wrist which protects her from hexes.

How did you find #OtherWorlde?: I was browsing through someones favourites when I saw an app which looked interesting. I researched the group a bit and decided I really like the concept and how it was put together and that made me really want to join.
Script Sample: Tishna: Bye mom, bye dad. *she kisses them both on the cheek and hugs both of her loving guardians for an awkward amount of time. Tishna has to hold in her tears a bit, she had never been away from them for this long, a few months yes, but not a year.* I’m going to miss you guys, will you be sure to be safe and sound for the time I’m here? I couldn’t bear it if something were to happen to you. *she knows this is unneccesary to ask them, after all they were two of the most powerful magicians she knew. She feels a bit embarrassed when she thinks about it, but that doesn’t matter. At least she shows that she loves them. She has to hold herself in not to blush of embarrasment though.* *after she sees them nod and reassure her that they will be fine, it feels like a load is falling off her shoulders. She notices how confident her parents are when they say that and she doesn’t feel scared at all. She is going to pass this year, not only that but she is going to kick the entire school’s butt and be better than anyone else.* Mom, dad, I am going to make you guys proud. I will study hard and gain all of the power I can possibly have. I promise that I will be a suited heir for our family.
Paragraph Sample: Tishna walks through the hallway when she is suddenly scared by a cold gust of wind. Great, the only hallway in the entire school that isn’t protected and she had to walk through it in almost the coldest dress she has. Why was she even wearing this thing? Oh yes, it’s pretty and it was supposed to be warm outside, but rain took care of that for her. She wraps her arms around her and fastens her pace, the little heels of her shoes sounding on the stone floor. She hopes she will still be in time for her class.
“This is a bunch of bullhonkey.” She says to herself, partially inmouth in case someone happened to be around the corner or in hearing distance. “Why is this the only shortcut? Why aren’t there secret passages like in Harry Potter, this is stupid.” She keeps talking to herself, rubbing her arms to make herself warmer. She is almost there, just a couple more steps and two corners and she’ll be there.
